Here at handmade by Jules, I primarily create unique, one of a kind or limited print greeting cards and gifts such as stationery gift sets, bookmarks and key ring as well as notebooks, notepads and notepad holders. Other kinds of paper crafted items may be added in the future.

Most items are handmade, in which case slight variations may occur - sometimes intentionally to ensure no two items are the same.Some items are printed but will have been designed from original sketches or paintings.Some of the notepads will have been bought in but will have been decorated in-house.Item descriptions should clearly indicate where handmade or printed.

Yes, absolutely. For cards, notebooks, notepads and all items except the photo memory tags, please contact me either via the Contact Me form or email directly to jules.handmadebyjules@gmail.com. The photo memory tags can be ordered via the shop here.

For the photo memory tags, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to make one of these. For other requests, it will depend on the item but expect it to be around 4 to 7 days. Clear timeframes will be advised prior to order placement.

I ship within the UK using Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise advised for standard shipping, which usually takes 2-3 working days*. For large parcels, I may use a courier service but will not charge extra for this.For Express Delivery, I will use the most appropriate postal service for the weight and size of the order which could be Royal Mail or a courier service.N.B. Royal Mail have recently updated their service schedule for Second Class post and will now only deliver every other weekday.Please see the Shipping Information page for details.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Personalised or custom made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.Please see the Return & Refunds page for full details.
