By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products

All products sold are handmade papercrafted items.

  • Each item is individually made and may vary slightly from photographs

  • Small imperfections are part of the handmade process

  • Colours and finishes may differ slightly due to materials and screen settings

These variations do not count as faults.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase

  • We will confirm acceptance by email once your order has been processed

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to pricing errors or availability)

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed

 

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days unless specifically stated otherwise (e.g. customised / personalised items)

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible

  • We will work with you to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement

Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.

8. Personalised items

Personalised or custom-made items:

  • Cannot usually be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit

  • Must be checked carefully before ordering (including spelling and details provided)

 

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including images, product designs, and descriptions) belongs to handmade by Jules.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

10. Liability

  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss

  • Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal delays)

We only use your personal information to process your order and provide our services.
