Shipping rates and despatch times

Shipping is currently only within the UK.

Despatch times:

It is the aim to ship orders within 48 hours from receipt of order. Custom and personalised items may require longer despatch times but this will be noted in the item description where applicable. Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Second Class with a 2-3 working day delivery time. Express delivery is sent by either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or courier, whichever is most suitable for the size and weight of the packaged order.

Shipping rates:

Standard shipping:
Order value under £10 = £2.00
Order value £10 to £20 = £3.75
Order value over £20   = FREE standard shipping

 

Express delivery:
All orders any value      = £6

£1 local delivery or FREE collection (Bury St Edmunds & surrounding villages) by arrangement (rate will be applied at checkout for qualifying addresses according to chosen delivery option).
