Handmade Customised Photo Memory Tag

These memory tags are specially created to customers design. Provide a few details to explain what style of tag you would like, how big your photo is (it should be no bigger than 2.1/2" x 3") or email the required photo* and a personalised memory tag will be created for you.

Pictures are of examples - none of the examples shown are available for sale but if you like a particular design or style please let me know and I will adapt to suit.
